Client: Owner of a self-built comprehensive supermarket
Requirements: Based on the original 3,000 square meters, the entertainment facility modules are combined to maximize the benefits. The customer hopes to attract more customers and improve the competitiveness and profitability of the mall by introducing innovative entertainment equipment within a limited space.
This project was initiated by an investor who approached our company with a complete project proposal. Our company was responsible for designing and providing site plans, procurement lists, product inspection reports, etc.; the investor led their team in the construction, operation and management of the center.
This project is based on the investor's needs, after many negotiations with the investor to set up a cooperative project, the project almost the whole process by our company to follow up until the final landing and put into use.
