A1: Machine Warranty: 3 Years (Note: Warranty periods vary by component; see below for details).

Three-Year Warranty: Motor, XY Axis, and Circuit Board. One-Year Warranty: Computer 

Motherboard, Printer, LCD Screen, and Power Supply. Four-Month Warranty: Print Head 

(The print head must be powered on daily. Clogged due to power outages and non-use 

is not covered by the warranty.)

A2: We recommend equipping each phone with 2,000 cases. This will fully utilize the device's

back-up space and significantly save on shipping costs.

A6: We will give you an exclusive website, which is an online background management system that

can monitor the number and operating status of each machine's phone cases in real time.so

that you can restock .At the same time ,automatically issue an alarm when the ink is low or

there is a malfunction.

Q7: Can I buy a phone case from somewhere else?

A7: Regarding mobile phone cases, we recommend that you buy them from us. Our phone

cases are all customized according to your requirements, such as the hole positions and the

size of the phone case, because our system software needs to add and match the data of the

phone case before it can be captured and printed. Because the sizes and heights of mobile

phone cases from different manufacturers are different, if you buy them from outside, there may

be problems with printing, white edges, or the risk of hitting the print head, so we will not be able to provide you with warranty later.
