During the procurement process, we actively accompanied the client in selecting MR bumper cars. We conducted a detailed evaluation of MR bumper cars from multiple suppliers in the market, including product quality, technical specifications, pricing, and after-sales service.

After multiple rounds of comparison and negotiation, we ultimately assisted the client in selecting a supplier offering high cost-effectiveness and reliable quality, ensuring the client received high-quality products and a satisfactory procurement experience.

The client ultimately procured amusement equipment such as two-person egg chairs, children's arcade machines, MR bumper cars, racing arcade machines, and shooting arcade machines, fully preparing for the amusement park's grand opening.

Based on local consumption levels, market research, and pricing standards of similar amusement parks, combined with the operating costs of each product, we have designed reasonable single-use prices for our clients.

 The single-use price for the Double Egg Chair is 613.2 MGA, the single-use price for the Children's Arcade Machine is 3,066 MGA, the single-use price for the MR Bumper Car is 9,198 MGA, the single-use price for the Racing Arcade Machine is 12,263 MGA, and the single-use price for the Shooting Arcade Machine is 3,066 MGA.

By analyzing factors such as venue traffic and visitor play frequency, we have estimated daily revenue. Under normal operating conditions, we anticipate a daily visitor capacity of 300 people. Based on the play ratio of different products, daily revenue is expected to reach 2,023,500 MGA.

Following the implementation of the project, customer feedback has been positive. Within less than a quarter of operation, the client recouped the initial investment costs for the arcade products.

This achievement is attributed to a well-balanced product mix, precise pricing strategies, and the local market's demand for recreational activities. Based on the positive operational outcomes, the client has decided to procure additional VR products to maintain daily active user numbers in the second quarter.

The introduction of VR products will further enrich the amusement park's entertainment content, enhance visitors' sense of novelty and engagement, and inject new momentum into the park's sustained development.

Through this cooperative project, we have not only provided customers with high-quality amusement equipment and comprehensive solutions, but also helped them achieve excellent economic benefits.
