French Mobile VR Game Hall Carnival—Europe's First Large-scale Mobile VR Amusement Park
The client initially proposed the idea of building a mobile VR arcade with the aim of providing an innovative entertainment experience for the French market. The arcade features a large, expandable truck-mounted container that can be moved around, with an area of approximately 120 square meters. Its unique design offers the advantages of flexible location selection and rapid deployment, effectively attracting consumers from different regions.
Ⅰ. Project Background and Initiation
The client initially proposed the idea of constructing a mobile VR game hall with the aim of providing an innovative entertainment experience for the French market. The game hall features a large, expandable truck-mounted container, covering an area of approximately 120 square meters. Its unique design offers the advantages of flexible site selection and rapid deployment, effectively attracting consumers from various regions. In the early stages of the project, the client initially purchased 10 dual-seat egg chairs, intending to use them as the foundation for a basic gaming experience zone. Our team responded proactively, leveraging our professional industry expertise to provide comprehensive consulting services, including equipment selection and spatial layout recommendations, ensuring that the client's initial investment was utilized efficiently.

Ⅱ. Phase I Operational Results and Customer Decisions
Based on the daily activity enhancement plan we designed for our client and our accurate daily revenue estimates, the arcade quickly attracted a large number of customers after opening. The immersive VR experience provided by the double egg chairs was very popular, and within just three months, the client successfully recouped the initial investment costs. This significant achievement not only demonstrated the scientific nature of our preliminary planning but also greatly enhanced the client's confidence in the project. The client gained a deeper understanding of the market potential of mobile VR game halls and began exploring ways to further enrich the game hall’s experiential offerings to enhance competitiveness.
III. Phase II Expansion and Continued Success
Given the strong performance of the first phase of the project, I recommended dual-player VR360 devices to the client in the second phase planning and provided multiple similar case studies for reference. These case studies demonstrated the significant advantages of dual-player VR360 in enhancing player interaction and enriching gameplay. After evaluation, the client decided to purchase five dual-player VR360 units. Following the deployment of the new equipment, the arcade saw another increase in foot traffic and revenue. Within less than four months, the client successfully recouped the investment costs for Phase II, further validating the feasibility of our recommended solution. During this phase, the arcade established a strong reputation in the French market through its diverse equipment and high-quality experience, becoming a popular entertainment destination in the local area.

Ⅳ. Long-term Planning and New City Expansion
As the project progressed, the client became aware of the high costs associated with long-term transportation for the mobile carnival and began considering strategies for sustainable business development and expansion. In this context, I proposed to the client the idea of launching a new mobile carnival in a second city.
Based on market research data, we selected a city with relatively low foot traffic but significant consumer potential and planned a medium-sized mobile carnival with an area of approximately 80 square meters. The client approved our proposal and swiftly allocated the budget to launch the project.
After meticulous preparation and operation, the project successfully recouped its investment costs within approximately six months. The success of the new city project laid a solid foundation for replicating this model in more regions and demonstrated the strong adaptability and potential of the mobile VR game hall business model.
Ⅴ. Summary
Throughout the French mobile VR arcade carnival project, we helped our client achieve success in multiple stages through professional services and accurate market analysis. From the initial equipment procurement and solution design to subsequent continuous optimization and market expansion, every step was the result of the team's wisdom and hard work. In the future, we will continue to deepen our exploration in the field of VR entertainment, provide our clients with more innovative solutions, and drive the company's business to new heights.
