Cambodia Urban Amusement Center Project

1. Demand research stage: In the early stage of the project, we conducted in-depth and frequent communication with the client. Through online meetings, designers were dispatched for field visits, etc., to fully understand the local youthful family entertainment preferences, consumption habits and expectations for amusement facilities. The investor clearly indicated that he hoped the amusement center could take into account the needs of children and teenagers of different age groups, and at the same time focus on the safety and innovation of the facilities.

2.  Program design stage: Based on the results of the investigation, we provided the client with several sets of detailed amusement facility configuration programs. Each program includes equipment selection, site layout, safety measures and budget details. Several rounds of discussions and modifications were made with the investor, and the investor's opinions and suggestions were fully taken into account. In response to the investor's personalized requirements for the color matching of some areas, we promptly adjusted the design to create a more warm and lively play atmosphere.

3.  Procurement execution stage: After finalizing the design scheme, we maintain close communication with the investor and provide timely feedback on the production progress of the products. Regularly send finished product testing, product crating and logistics and transportation information to the client, so that the investor is always aware of the progress of the project. In response to the questions and concerns raised by investors in the procurement process, the first time to give answers and solutions to ensure investor satisfaction with the procurement work.

 Arcade machine procurement

Quantity: After evaluating the venue space and expected customer flow with the investor, a total of 30 arcade machines of various types were finally purchased.

Types: Covering classic nostalgic arcade, racing, shooting, etc., to meet the nostalgic needs of adult groups; popular new arcade, with VR experience of the egg chair, 360VR, etc., to attract the younger generation of players; parent-child interactive arcade, crane machines, egg-twisters, swinging cars, etc., to enhance the fun of the family interaction between parents and children.

 Brand and quality: The investor has its own personalized brand, and all the arcade machines are branded with the customer's own logo; and each arcade machine has passed the international safety and quality certification to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment in the process of long-term use.

1. Operation data: In the first month after the amusement center opened, the passenger flow exceeded 5,000 people/times, far exceeding expectations. During weekends and holidays, the flow of visitors even showed explosive growth, and often appeared to be full. The number of members has also reached 300, with high customer stickiness.

2.  User Feedback: Feedback collected through online questionnaires and on-site interviews showed that 95% of parents were satisfied with the facilities and environment of the amusement center. Parents praised the rich variety of arcade machines, which could meet the entertainment needs of people of different ages; children said they liked the amusement facilities very much, especially the arcade machines with various prizes they could get, which became their favorites.

3.  On-site photos: From the photos taken on-site, we can see that the amusement center is crowded with people, children are concentrating on the operation in front of the arcade, while parents are accompanying them, with a strong parent-child atmosphere. The whole amusement center is full of vitality and joy, and has become the first choice of local families for leisure and entertainment.

Through the successful implementation of this project, we not only created a popular city amusement center for the investor, but also accumulated rich project experience.
